These are the conditions of use that govern your purchases in Dabadu.shop and represent the contract that you establish with us. By making a purchase on this website, you accept these Conditions of use and the legal aspects that you find extended here. Please make sure you read and understand them before using our website.

  • PLACE AN ORDER

You can buy your Dabadu products in a very simple way by selecting the model and/or the size and color and then clicking on "buy". If you have difficulty placing your order or navigating through our website, please restart your browser. If the problems persist, contact us and our technical team will help you as soon as possible.

  • MAKE PAYMENTS

You can pay for your purchases with credit card O debit O Paypal. If you choose a card, you can pay with Visa, American Express or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Payment is managed through Stripe with secure encryption and under strict banking regulations. Your card data is sent directly to the bank, so it is impossible to read or access it by anyone other than the bank.

Dabadu does not impose surcharges or additional costs when paying by card. However, it is possible that your bank may apply additional charges depending on the bank and the type of card used. If you pay by credit or debit card, the terms will apply at the time the card transaction is approved. In the event that payment has not been received after submitting the order, Dabadu may automatically cancel it.

It is not usual, but if for any reason you prefer to pay by wire transfer, write to us at hello@dabadu.shop or online chat and we will provide you with an account number to make the deposit.

You can also choose to finance your purchase with We applaud (*only valid for Spain) o Klarna (valid for Spain and other EU countries). In this case, the user accepts that all their personal data will be fully transferred to Aplazame or Klarna from the moment the user has started contracting the deferred payment service offered by the latter at the moment of choosing the payment method. . This acceptance extends to third parties that have to access the files for the successful completion of the contract.

  • PRICES AND RATES

All prices displayed on the dadadu.shop website include VAT in accordance with applicable law. If the order is to be shipped to a delivery address outside of the EU, it may be subject to import duties and taxes, which must be paid when the shipment arrives at the delivery address. You will be responsible for paying these amounts corresponding to import duties and taxes.

Dabadu has no control over these surcharges as they vary from country to country. It is impossible for us to predict its amount. Dabadu recommends seeking more information from the Customs Service.

  • PROMOTIONS

It is not possible to use more than one discount code at a time. The discount codes generated by the applications automatically are not compatible with the discount codes offered by Dabadu.

In certain promotions, a discount code may be compatible with items that are already discounted on the web.

  • CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER

Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation to the email address you have provided. Please, it is important that you indicate a real and correct email address when ordering. Save this email to be able to contact customer service if you need it. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.

  • SHIPPING

As long as the product is in stock, we try to send orders the same day or within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving the order. This forecast is valid for orders placed before 3:00 p.m. (for shipments to the Peninsula) or before 12:00 p.m. (for international shipments or islands). We normally prepare them from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., once the payment has been confirmed.

If we receive your purchase outside the indicated cut-off times or on a Sunday or holiday, we will arrange for it to be ready the next business day. We will always notify everything by email indicating an expected delivery date.

For different reasons, sometimes we need more time to prepare, so we recommend anticipation, especially on special dates such as Christmas, sales or special promotions. In case of more urgent need, it is always possible to contact us and we will try to help.

The cost of each shipment is visible at the time of purchase. This varies depending on the destination and the size or weight of the package, although in most cases, orders do not exceed 1 or 2 Kgs.

• €19 - Delivery time 7-14 working days.

UNITED STATES AND CANADA (Includes: Puerto Rico. Does not include: Alaska, Hawaii.)
• €19 - Delivery time 2-3 weeks.

 

     

    Delivery times are once the order is processed and shipped.

    Shipments destined for countries outside the European Union or certain areas may be subject to additional expenses (import taxes, customs duties and/or fees applied by the authorities of each country) which must be borne by the buyer. . Customs policies are very variable, so we recommend that you contact the local customs office to have all the information.

    Shipments that exceed 5kg in weight may require a supplement.

    GENERAL SHIPPING AND COURIER CONDITIONS:

    If you want to make a change in the delivery address once the order has been placed, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been dispatched, it will not be possible to make any change of address.

    Any change of address once the order is shipped, or any request for delivery to a different address will have a surcharge equivalent to the cost of shipping.

    For shipments within the European Union, the courier company in charge of the distribution and transport of all our orders is Amazon, although we also work with other companies.

    For international orders, the courier company in charge is Correos and DHL.

    When we ship your order, we will send you an email or SMS where we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can check the status of your shipment on the website of the corresponding courier and be aware of the arrival of the package.

    The courier makes two delivery attempts at the indicated address. If they do not find anyone at home, they will contact you to arrange a second delivery or you can pick up your package from the corresponding delegation within ten days.

    The extra expenses derived from possible errors on the part of the buyer when providing the delivery address will be borne by the buyer.

    To avoid incidents with delivery, please make sure that the address you indicate when placing your order is correct and complete (street number, floor, location, postal code, etc.) and that there is usually someone to receive the package on time. work (if your schedule is complicated, we can send it to work or to a relative or friend's house).     • RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    You have 30 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to make any changes or returns.

    IN WHAT CASES CAN I CHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

    • The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it for another or return it

    In any of the cases, it is essential that the products subject to an exchange or a return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no exchange or return can be made. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the items reach Dabadu in perfect condition. If you have difficulty finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested return.

     

    WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

    Write us an email to hello@dabadu.shop notifying you of your intention to change or return an item and we will tell you how to proceed. Typically, the process is as follows:

    Request the change or return by mail to hello@dabadu.shop within a period not exceeding 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. To help us continue to improve, we appreciate you letting us know the reason for the return. If you request a change, you must tell us the model and size for which you want to make the change. 


    In exchanges or returns, items must be sent:

    • In its original condition (including labels and packaging), together with any accessories related to them, and in conditions that show that the product has not been used, washed or damaged.
    • For partial returns, you must attach the ticket/invoice or a copy of it.

     

    In case of changes

    As soon as your change is approved by our Customer Service team, you must send it by depositing it at the nearest office or delivery point of your courier. If it is not possible for you to deposit the package, we offer you an express exchange service through which we will pick up your shipment with our transport company at the address and time you indicate for an extra cost (from €11.95). (Valid for Spain and countries of the European Union).

    For international changes, our Customer Service team will inform you about the procedure and the corresponding cost.

    If the item is discontinued, we will refund the total amount paid.

    In case of returns

    After approving the return, you must send the product to the indicated address, depositing it in the nearest office or delivery point of your courier. If it is not possible for you to deposit the package, we offer you an express return service through which we will collect your shipment with our transport company at the address and time you indicate for an extra cost (from €11.95). This amount will be deducted from the refund of your return. (Valid for Spain and countries of the European Union).

    Once received at our facilities, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the amount to be credited to your account. You will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase, through a refund processed by PayPal or a refund on your credit card.

    Labienhecha will not be responsible for any loss that the package may have suffered during shipment, and it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that said package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.

    Important note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse, it is your responsibility.

    HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR A RETURN?

    At Dabadu we offer you exchanges and returns free, fast and easy in Spain and in the countries of the European Union. (You must bear in mind that only the first exchange/return will be free. If you wish to make more than one exchange or return, the shipping costs will be borne by you).

    If you want to make it faster and easier, we also offer you a service of express return for an extra cost. The costs in Spain for the express return service are as follows:

    • SPAIN (PENINSULA) AND PORTUGAL: €11.95

     

    For changes and/or returns of an international nature within the European Union, you can also enjoy the first free change/return. If you want to use our express return service, our Customer Service team will inform you about the corresponding cost.

    In the case of international changes and/or returns outside the European Union, the customer will bear the shipping costs. Any expenses generated by the shipment (such as customs expenses) will be deducted from the total amount to be returned. In case of rejecting the shipment, these expenses will also be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund of the order.     If you want to change a product for a different one of a different amount, the difference will be paid or charged by bank transfer, card or PayPal.

    In relation to returns, you should only send us the product to be returned to the indicated address.

     

    ITEM WARRANTY

    All Dabadu items are guaranteed for 3 months from the date of delivery of the order. The guarantee will only apply in those cases in which there is a manufacturing defect, and the damage has not been caused by misuse.     • TIPS

    It is important that you check the merchandise and products when you receive the shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and are correct. If your product suffers damage during transport, whether it is visible or hidden damage, you must report it as soon as possible to the transport company. If when you receive your product you notice that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you must contact us within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

    All claims should be directed to our customer service. Please provide us with your order number and the reason for your claim and we will contact you as soon as possible with instructions on how to return the item.

    • PACKAGING

    For the preparation of orders, we use different packaging depending on the availability we have at that time.
