The applicable rates and delivery times are as follows:

UNITED STATES AND CANADA (Includes: Puerto Rico. Does not include: Alaska, Hawaii.)

As long as the product is in stock, we strive to have orders shipped the same day or within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving the order. This forecast is valid for orders placed before 3:00 pm (for shipments to the Peninsula) or before 12:00 pm (for international or Island shipments). We usually prepare them from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, once payment has been confirmed.

If we receive your purchase outside the specified hours or during a Sunday or holiday, we will arrange for it to be ready on the next business day. We will always notify everything by email indicating an estimated shipping date.

For various reasons, sometimes we need more preparation time, so we recommend planning ahead, especially on special dates such as Christmas, sales, or special promotions. If you need greater urgency, it is always possible to contact us, and we will try to help.

The cost of each shipment is visible at the time of purchase. This varies depending on the destination and the size or weight of the package, although in most cases, orders do not exceed 1 or 2 Kgs.



We hope you love everything you order from us, but if you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. We are here to help!

30 Days Warranty


1. What is your return policy?

Easy return for exchange or refund within 30 days after receiving your parcel. (Please note that the items you wish to return must be sent to us within 30 days after the delivery date.)

Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner and tags intact. Items returned with obvious use may be subject to denial. Items must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold.

Final Sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Items labeled as final sale or purchased with a discount of 50% or more are final sale and therefore not eligible for return.


2. How do I make a return?

If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, or the items don't fit you, please contact us at and return within 30 days of delivery. We will reply within 48 hours.

Please describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. Once the return request is approved, you can send back the item(s) to our return address.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping fee for the return.


3. What will be the refund method for my return?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.


4. When will I be refunded?

A refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 14 business days after your return is received at our warehouse.

  • Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs incurred, except for the quality of our products or package damage, etc.

  • Note that DABADU is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligence. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee's name). In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong before being shipped, please contact us at with your order number and the correct information as soon as possible.

  • Each eligible item can only be returned or exchanged once. Items that have been exchanged cannot be returned.
